Return and Refund Policy
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking: If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 10 working days of receiving the product back from you.
For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 working days of receiving the product back from you.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have expired or in case of an incorrect product being shipped.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
3. Serial Number is tampered with.
4. Product is used or altered.
5. If the request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery.
6. Free product provided by the brand.

Please share a photo of the product and the reason for the refund.
When your return request is accepted, the return process will be initiated and the courier person will come to your given address to collect the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your order can be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of online payment orders, the order will be cancelled and the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled through email. If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped kindly do not accept the order. In the case of online orders, the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days once we have received the product back at our warehouse.
